What you'll do

• Contact members to ensure timely submission of required job assignment data
• support contractors, stores, and insurance partners with estimate, timeline, service-area, classification, participation, payment, and assignment issues
• provide incoming phone support
• review performance statistics and provide coaching as needed
• support program timelines and guidelines
• contact carrier partners for estimate approvals, assignments, and payments
• resolve escalated claim issues and assist with estimate documentation.
