Control Room Operator

The Control Room Operator role is an onsite position based in Chatawa, MS. This role exists to ensure the safe and efficient operation of pellet manufacturing processes. The operator monitors plant systems via HMI tools, coordinates fiber supply and production, and communicates safety-related concerns to maintain a productive and secure working environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor incoming fiber, manage drying processes, oversee pellet production, coordinate railcar loading, communicate safety concerns, uphold housekeeping standards, utilize SDS, engage in OH&S committee, provide training and mentorship, assist in incident investigations, and coordinate holiday planning.
