What you'll do

• Support injection molding processes, equipment, and automation
• monitor AMR fleets and material-handling carts
• execute and verify mold and tooling changeovers
• perform equipment readiness checks
• track cycle times, scrap rates, and quality metrics
• conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• troubleshoot molding, tooling, robotic, and process issues
• perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
• maintain process documentation
• support Kaizen and Lean activities
• follow safety and environmental policies
• communicate production and equipment concerns.
