What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and security response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations using established escalation and reporting procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas
• monitor access points and verify visitor authorization as directed
• maintain visitor and incident logs
• and communicate with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders. A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• customer service and access-control or badge experience are preferred.
