What you'll do

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and contractors
• conduct armed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicles, and perimeter areas
• monitor access and visitor activity
• respond to disturbances, medical emergencies, and other critical situations
• prepare accurate patrol and incident reports.
