Strategic Accounts Client Experience Analyst

The Strategic Accounts Client Experience Analyst role is onsite in Export, PA, with compensation of $22–$26 per hour. The role supports RiteScreen’s strategic accounts and the growth of its FlexScreen brand; RiteScreen provides window and door screen solutions. The analyst manages complex enterprise orders and key-account relationships while using customer and sales data to identify trends, inform leadership decisions, and recommend process improvements. The role coordinates across teams to support accurate order delivery and stronger customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Manage complex order workflows for enterprise clients from intake through delivery
• serve as a point of contact for key accounts
• analyze reports and data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements
• prepare customer and sales analytics for leadership
• coordinate cross-functional projects
• mentor colleagues
• use judgment on escalations, pricing adjustments, and incentive structures.
