The Instructional Aide (Special Education) is an onsite role based in Bentonville, AR, supporting the K-5 Special Education program. Compensation is $16–$20/hour based on experience, and the role supports the ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education team in their mission to provide specialized educational support. This role exists to provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in both classroom and community settings. By collaborating with educators to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEP), the aide helps students build essential skills and confidence to reach their full potential.

• Collaborate with teachers to maintain a supportive learning environment
• implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions
• monitor student progress and ensure instructional fidelity
• manage student behavior
• provide mentorship
• document student performance
• maintain confidentiality
• participate in accreditation activities.
