What you'll do

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• take orders and serve food and drinks
• assess guest preferences and make recommendations
• mix cocktails and signature drinks
• prepare the bar area and garnishes
• check identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age and TABC standards
• follow TABC regulations
• restock bar inventory and supplies
• maintain a clean and organized bar
• comply with food and beverage regulations and management procedures.
