The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid in Houston, TX, combining in-person clinical work with remote flexibility based on client and program needs. Compensation is $60–$80 per hour, based on experience. Smilestones ABA provides clinical and administrative support for its ABA services. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and oversees programming using data-informed clinical decisions. The role also supports clients and families through caregiver training, supervises and mentors behavior technicians, and maintains clinical quality, ethical care, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• oversee ABA programming and make data-driven clinical decisions
• supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians
• conduct parent and caregiver training
• monitor progress and adjust plans as clinically appropriate
• collaborate with families and clinical colleagues
• maintain timely documentation
• provide in-person and remote services based on client and program needs.
