What you'll do

• perform basic work involving air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems
• paint and repair minor drywall and wood trim
• replace bulbs and air-conditioning filters
• maintain pool equipment and chemicals
• troubleshoot and repair guestroom equipment
• follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures
• maintain inventory and communicate with departments.
