What you'll do

• Facilitate Deli/Bakery Centralized Training and assigned orientation sessions
• manage related ticketing and timekeeping requests
• coordinate training placements and schedules
• conduct 30/60/90-day training-plan follow-up
• monitor onboarding completion and trends
• escalate complex delivery issues
• maintain training materials
• support People & Learning projects and events.
