RN Supervisor — Evening and Overnight Shifts

The RN Supervisor role is onsite in Venice, FL, with pay of $42–$45 per hour. The full-time schedule includes 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and 11:00 PM–7:30 AM shifts. The role supports nursing activities and resident care at Capri Health & Rehab. Under the Director of Nursing, the supervisor oversees nursing personnel and day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts. The role supports coordinated, quality resident care through care-plan oversight, resident assessments and rounds, and direct care when needed, while following professional standards and applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery
• review and update care plans
• assess residents on admission and as conditions change
• conduct rounds to evaluate resident status and needs
• provide or assist with direct resident care, including daily living activities, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities as appropriate
• follow professional standards and applicable regulations.
