What you'll do

• Keep the bakery work area clean and organized while following health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff on new baked goods and seasonal specialties.
• Monitor baking equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Adjust recipes and techniques for dietary restrictions and guest preferences, and participate in ongoing training to uphold quality, efficiency, and brand standards.
