What you'll do

• Perform general and minor preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, sanitation systems, low-voltage electrical systems, and related components
• repair or replace doors, woodwork, drywall, flooring, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and broken windows
• perform occasional painting, inspections, filter changes, and lubrication
• submit daily task reports
• follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
