What you'll do

• Continuously scan the pool
• recognize and address emergencies
• activate emergency action plans when needed
• perform assists or rescues as needed
• provide CPR, first aid, and emergency oxygen as needed
• complete incident reports
• enforce pool rules
• maintain a clean and safe pool
• assist with cleaning and testing when off the stand
• communicate with supervisors
• participate in safety drills and required training
• ensure the pool is not left unattended.
