What you'll do

• Advise refinery leadership on public affairs and external stakeholder matters
• develop local strategies aligned with business objectives
• maintain relationships with officials, agencies, community leaders, and organizations
• monitor issues and advise leadership
• coordinate with Corporate Government Affairs
• serve as local spokesperson and coordinate media responses
• prepare communications materials
• support incident communications and emergency exercises
• manage community forums and strategic community investment.
