The role supports studio operations and the client experience by welcoming clients, handling account and class transactions, promoting studio offerings, and assisting coaches and management. It helps maintain an organized, clean studio and supports client engagement and sales goals.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• respond to client requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio updates
• assist coaches and management with daily operations and cleanliness
• follow up with client lists to support monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• recognize client milestones.
