The Metal Fabricator role is onsite in Cudahy, WI. Compensation is not specified. MPD Integration LLC’s manufacturing work includes electrical enclosures, frames, and structural assemblies. The role fabricates, fits, and finishes metal components to support production of those assemblies. Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, the fabricator performs metalworking, verifies quality, documents production, and collaborates with engineering, quality, and production teams to address issues and improve processes.

What you'll do

• Fabricate metal parts using cutting, forming, drilling, and welding
• perform shearing, punching, bending, and grinding
• assemble frames, enclosures, panels, brackets, and structural components to tolerances
• inspect fit, alignment, and dimensions
• rework defects
• complete production and inspection records
• follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Why this role

Requires 1+ years of metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing experience and the ability to read mechanical drawings, layout drawings, and bills of material. Steel and sheet-metal enclosure experience is preferred.
