Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Process and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and policy compliance
• maintain proper authorization and recording of AP transactions
• support month-end close, including flux analysis, accruals, reconciliations, expense allocations, journal entries, and reports
• analyze accounting data and recommend process improvements
• guide vendors and internal partners on invoice verification
• collaborate with IT and PI teams on the invoice verification system
• assist with audits and SOX controls
• train and mentor junior staff.
