Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in our Blue Anchor, NJ plant. This is an onsite role in West Berlin, NJ, with a pay rate of $31.55-$35.72 per hour. Kellanova is a global leader in snacks and cereals. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. At Kellanova, we encourage collaboration with other team members to keep production lines running smoothly. In this role you will acquire proficiency in specialized equipment and automation systems, all while having the chance to pursue certifications or additional training to further enhance your skills.

What you'll do

• Conducting Preventative Maintenance – Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ensuring Performance Efficiency – Manage machine performance by doing equipment set-up and change-overs. Respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Following Best Practices – Understand, follow and enforce all established guidelines. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, quality and company policies, procedures and recognized practices.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED.

Experience

Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
