What you'll do

• Manage recruitment from intake and sourcing through screening, assessment, interviews, offers and candidate closing
• lead searches across multiple job families and levels
• develop sourcing strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles
• engage passive candidates
• partner with hiring managers and senior leaders
• provide labor-market and compensation insights
• prioritize searches and build talent pipelines
• coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
• support pre-hire handoffs
• work with RPO providers and agencies as needed
• maintain applicant-tracking records and recruiting metrics
• improve recruiting processes
• coach less-experienced recruiters
• ensure compliant recruiting practices.
