Community Engagement and Business Development Manager

The Community Engagement and Business Development Manager is an onsite, field-based role in Wilmington, NC, with most time spent meeting partners in New Hanover County and Eastern North Carolina catchment counties. The role supports program utilization while maintaining ethical referral practices and protecting client privacy.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain referral partnerships
• create and execute an annual referral development plan
• conduct partner visits, presentations, and education
• serve as a partner contact and resolve referral barriers. Monitor census, referral volume, conversion, and admission timing
• maintain referral tracking records
• prepare dashboards and reports
• represent the organization in community coalitions
• collaborate with clinical, admissions, and development teams
• follow applicable ethical, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
