What you'll do

• Lead and supervise glazing crews
• interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• coordinate daily work
• install curtain walls, storefronts, entrances, architectural aluminum, glass, mirrors, and automatic doors
• measure, cut, fabricate, and install glass and aluminum framing
• ensure installations meet quality standards
• safely operate and maintain tools and equipment
• mentor apprentices
• maintain OSHA compliance
• communicate with project managers, foremen, contractors, and customers.
