What you'll do

• Manage project lifecycle, performance, client relationships, and outcomes
• develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• plan schedules and coordinate work in active facilities
• coordinate with superintendents and field teams
• visit sites and assess conditions
• support estimating and change orders
• manage vendors and subcontractors
• review submittals and RFIs
• identify and mitigate project risks
• monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• lead project meetings and maintain project documentation.
