The chef leads back-of-house operations and is accountable for food quality, safety, and financial results. The role develops and schedules the culinary team, manages inventory and ordering, contributes to menus and recipes, and maintains the restaurant’s food and service standards.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise kitchen employees
• work the line and uphold recipes and standards
• monitor food quality, safety, sanitation, waste, and inventory
• hire, train, and develop staff
• prepare schedules and control labor costs
• order products and coordinate with vendors
• contribute to menu and recipe development
• maintain food storage, presentation, and allergy procedures
• review guest feedback and address issues.
