What you'll do

• Perform Clinical Laboratory Scientist generalist duties, including CLIA-waived, moderate-, and high-complexity testing
• assess and process specimens and report results according to SOPs
• oversee quality control and quality assurance for Transfusion Services and Serology
• oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair
• collaborate with laboratory leadership on issues affecting patient care
• oversee staff training and competency assessment
• develop and maintain SOPs
• support surveys and inspections
• oversee supplies and blood product inventory
• maintain California CLS licensure.
