What you'll do

• Perform routine, moderate-complexity, and high-complexity molecular laboratory testing
• prepare reagents, controls, and calibrators
• monitor instrument performance
• document results in LIMS and laboratory records
• perform equipment maintenance, calibration, and function checks
• maintain safety and quality compliance
• train or assist new technologists
• escalate unusual results, deviations, and complex issues
• participate in training, competency assessments, and proficiency testing as assigned.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related science field and 4–6 years of relevant regulated clinical laboratory experience. MB(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) preferred.
