Extrusion Operator | Rotating Day and Night Shifts

The Extrusion Operator role is onsite in Saint Marys, WV. Pay starts at $17 per hour and may reach $24 per hour depending on experience or successful training completion, with a $1.25-per-hour night shift differential during night rotation. Cornerstone Building Brands manufactures exterior building products for residential and low-rise nonresidential buildings. The operator supports SimEx rigid operators in safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping, with the stated goal of progressing toward a Rigid Operator Trainee role. The work includes quality checks, packing vinyl lineals, and assisting with extrusion line setups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

What you'll do

• Prioritize safety and follow procedures
• perform end-of-line quality checks
• stack and pack vinyl lineals according to rack drawings and paperwork
• assist with extrusion line setups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• maintain housekeeping standards
• assist other SimEx departments when needed.
