HVAC Project Superintendent

The HVAC Project Superintendent role is onsite in Aspen, CO, with compensation of $35–$45 per hour. The superintendent is the primary onsite contact for a commercial HVAC installation project and coordinates with the Central Services Center. The role leads installation execution and supervises installers to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes. It supports schedule and customer commitments through planning, risk management, safety enforcement, quality checks, and coordination with project management and operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee installation execution
• plan work to meet safety and quality standards
• identify and address execution risks
• supervise and coach installers
• coordinate job readiness with Central Services Center project managers
• escalate scope, material, and schedule risks
• enforce safety standards
• conduct milestone inspections and jobsite audits
• and maintain punch-list discipline.
