What you'll do

• Set up and operate flexographic converting equipment
• prepare materials and tooling for production runs
• monitor machine performance and adjust for quality and efficiency
• inspect printed and converted materials
• follow work orders and production instructions
• troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
• maintain production and downtime records
• follow safety and quality procedures
• keep the work area organized.
