What you'll do

• Follow client care plans and professional directives
• provide housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, errands, and prescribed dietary support
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility aids
• guide family members on safe lifting and repositioning techniques
• accompany clients to appointments and outings
• report hazards to the Field Supervisor
• address complaints while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality
• follow home care policies and procedures.
