What you'll do

• Oversee technician deployment across specialty services, emergency, and critical care
• collaborate on clinical protocols and workflows

• lead scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, recruiting, onboarding, and retention
• support continuing education
• maintain credentialing records and regulatory compliance
• coordinate with nursing, patient care, and client experience leaders.
