The Receiver 3 / Quality Assurance Specialist works onsite in El Paso, TX. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. The role supports receiving and inbound quality at Frontier Door & Cabinet’s El Paso facility, serving commercial construction customers with doors, frames, hardware, and cabinets. The specialist verifies, inspects, records, labels, and stages inbound materials so production teams can rely on accurate, usable inventory. The role also sets receiving standards, resolves discrepancies, and maintains visibility from the dock through storage or production handoff.

What you'll do

• Prioritize inbound deliveries and move material to verified locations
• check shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, and purchase orders
• inspect materials and document shortages, damage, and nonconformities
• hold, quarantine, or reject material as needed
• coordinate disposition with Purchasing and production
• complete receiving transactions and maintain labels, locations, and system records
• lead inventory audits and reporting
• train and mentor receivers in English and Spanish
• maintain procedures and drive process improvements
• protect materials and keep receiving areas safe and organized.
