Job overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role is an onsite position located in Denver, CO. The pay rate range is $24-28/HR, case dependent, and the role supports the Aveanna Healthcare private duty nursing team. This role is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physician's orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.

- implement nursing actions based on assessment

- educate patient and family regarding disease process and self-care techniques.
