Field Service Technical Coordinator II

What you'll do

• Assign, dispatch, and review service visits
• coordinate travel for repairs, maintenance, and re-installs
• maintain and review Field Service documentation
• organize training events and logistics
• support ISO compliance and documentation for new markets
• coordinate training on new processes
• assist with change management and continuous improvement.
