Member Service Center Representative (Call Center)

The Member Service Center Representative (Call Center) role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour. Advantage Federal Credit Union’s member service team supports members with transactions and product guidance. This role exists to deliver accurate, efficient service and a positive member experience. The representative handles transactions, verifies identities and sensitive information, responds to issues, directs calls, and develops member relationships while promoting credit union services.

What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services
• process member transactions accurately
• recommend suitable solutions
• verify member identities and transactions to help prevent fraud
• respond to problems and route calls
• attend required training
• build member relationships and support retention through product and service promotion.
