What you'll do

• Provide direct care to adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients
• monitor telemetry data and respond to alarms
• administer medications and treatments per MAR and orders
• document care and assessments in EPIC
• collaborate on care plans and transitions
• uphold safety, fall prevention, infection control, and pain management practices
• assist with discharge planning and patient/family education.
