Human Resources Information Systems Analyst

The work connects HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations, and other departments to strengthen data quality and operational decision-making.

What you'll do

• Gather reporting requirements and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports
• analyze workforce data and build dashboards
• reconcile data from HR, payroll, recruiting, and timekeeping systems
• administer and troubleshoot HR systems
• audit data and coordinate corrections
• improve workflows and build automations
• evaluate HR technology and lead approved implementations
• provide payroll backup when needed
• support audits, surveys, and special projects.
