What you'll do

• Maintain student, applicant, enrollment, registration, and partner-school records
• support admissions and registration processes
• respond to inquiries and route complex matters
• coordinate follow-up with students, families, counselors, and school personnel
• assist with invoicing and collections
• conduct outreach and support partner relationships
• travel to partner schools and recruitment events
• maintain outreach records in the designated CRM
• assist with partner onboarding, training, marketing materials, webinars, and program communications.
