What you'll do
- Respond courteously and compassionately to staff, family members, and residents
- follow nursing practice standards and facility policies
- interpret policies and procedures for nursing staff, residents, families, and physicians
- supervise and evaluate direct resident care and initiate corrective action
- manage shift-change reports
- conduct daily resident rounds and report problems to the nursing supervisor.
