What you'll do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans
• implement behavioral interventions and skill-building strategies under BCBA guidance
• address problem behaviors and teach functional skills
• collect and submit progress data
• maintain session records
• communicate with team members
• adjust interventions as directed
• protect client confidentiality
• obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire or provide proof of completion
• assist with therapy materials.
