Front Desk Coverage — Swing Shift

Front Desk Coverage — Swing Shift is an onsite, full-time role in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $32.72–$36.12 per hour. The shift runs 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with Wednesday and Thursday off. DESC provides supportive housing and behavioral health services; this role supports Clover Place, a 95-unit permanent supportive housing community.

What you'll do

• Welcome residents, visitors, providers, and building staff
• manage lobby office functions, including visitor check-in, phones, and security monitoring
• distribute medication and serve food
• maintain common areas and conduct perimeter walk-throughs
• document significant events
• respond to crises using de-escalation and coordinate with emergency responders
• refer residents to relevant programming
• and assist with building operations and maintenance requests.
