What you'll do

• Problem-solve client issues with support from the team as needed.
• Organize technical information and document specifications during client meetings.
• Perform requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Write test plans and cases for quality assurance and user acceptance, conduct QA testing, and report results.
• Participate in client sessions and team meetings.
• The role may participate in a quarterly live chat rotation when requested.
