MediLodge of Port Huron provides long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services. Under supervision, the CNA provides basic nursing assistance and helps residents with daily living activities. The role supports resident comfort and care by responding to needs, assisting with personal care and mobility, and recording vital signs and intake or output as directed.

What you'll do

• Respond to resident signal lights and bells
• assist with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair care, and incontinence care
• obtain food trays and assist with feeding
• assist with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and food and fluid intake and output as directed
• perform other assigned tasks.
