Property Manager - Student Housing

The Property Manager role is fully in-office in Gainesville, FL, with compensation of $80,000–$105,000 per year plus bonus potential. The Quarters Gainesville is a 251-unit, 920-bed student housing community serving University of Florida students.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day property operations and the onsite maintenance, office, and leasing teams
• manage annual budgets and operational performance
• oversee leasing and occupancy goals
• handle resident and customer concerns
• manage vendors, records, accounts receivable, delinquency, and collections
• analyze property performance
• and oversee annual unit turnover and move-in/move-out procedures. The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
• nights and weekends may be required from time to time, and after-hours emergency response is part of the role. Minimal travel is required.
