Donor Relations Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of annual donors and prospects giving up to $2,500
• develop personalized cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal plans
• conduct donor outreach and meetings
• monitor donor retention and upgrade metrics
• coordinate annual fund appeals and engagement events
• manage membership campaigns, renewals, outreach, benefits, and website content
• respond to member and donor inquiries
• analyze donor and membership data
• maintain records and reports in Altru
• support fundraising initiatives and projects.
