What you'll do

• Support the development and education of children ages 3 to 5 in inclusive classrooms
• assist with developmentally appropriate academic and social skills through whole-group, small-group, and one-on-one interactions
• help create a positive, structured learning environment
• implement classroom management and reinforce expectations and routines.
