What you'll do

• Answer telephone calls and perform reception duties
• take and relay complete messages
• greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions
• collate marketing brochures
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
• update resident phone lists, rosters, registers, and logs
• manage resident and family appointments
• maintain an organized desk and entry area
• distribute mail
• maintain resident forms.
