What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and cooking tools
• assist kitchen staff with food preparation as needed, including making salads and dressings and keeping the station prepared
• cook and plate desserts
• keep the dishwashing area stocked and maintained
• follow health and safety regulations
• and help keep kitchen and dining areas tidy. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus.
