What you'll do

• Maintain and repair office areas, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, plumbing, painting, light HVAC and electrical systems, copiers, and other business equipment
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• support office reconfigurations, special projects, and company events
• coordinate external vendors when needed
• log and track repairs, preventive maintenance, and projects in Service Channel
• communicate work updates
• follow safety procedures and handle confidential information discreetly.
